Homesession

Created in 2007 by Olivier Collet and Jérôme Lefaure, Homesession is a space for the exhibition, creation and residence of contemporary artists that fosters creation in the field of visual arts. Its activity focuses on supporting and offering diffusion to Spanish and international artists, as well as promoting interdisciplinary experimentation. Homesession is a key independent space in Barcelona's art scene, and its international network amplifies the impact of actions beyond the local sphere.
In these more than 11 years, it has generated more then 40 exhibitions, 6 publications, 55 artists residences from 25 countries and 37 production grants for artists resident in Spain. In addition, it has organized dozens of artists' workshops in colaboration with local universities.
